Research and clinical evidence highlight the importance of understanding the experiences and needs of family members and partners of people with neurodevelopmental conditions (including autism, ADHD or intellectual disabilities), especially post-diagnosis.

We offer family-focused sessions to explore the thoughts and concerns that different members of the family might have (e.g. about the impact of these conditions), and to help them develop more effective strategies for coping individually and together as a family.

We are thinking about running a monthly group for family members of people with autism, focusing on enhancing coping and wellbeing.  If you think this might be helpful for you, please let us know.
